today is "no make-up day".

i took up the dare, and gee no worries, my crew still look all cute and tartsy.

lessons ended at 12 today.
ran-cum-walk at the track and hit the gym till about 3.
then headed home at about 4, after the shower and girl talk in the changing room.

had an interesting day.
quite an eye-opener and gee... now i know, i'm not the only one.
so gee... have to print my hap notes asap.
need it for tomorrow's lecture.
got to zap it for my dearies before 9am.
