ensemble, c'est tout is a delightful movie.

by now, most of my acquaintances should know that i love french movies, as compared to those hollywood ones. mainly, it plays with the audiences' mind, emotions, making the audience do a bit of work too; displaying nuances, gestures, implied but not seen, & not spell everything out to the audience. one has to think, rather than just take at face value what is presented on screen.

however, funny that the english title of ensemble, c'est tout is hunting & gathering, when i think its direct translation of the title renders a better idea of the movie - together(ness), is everything.

what i like most about the movie, is having it to be clumsy; the way they display the unpredictable aspects of the relationship - delightful indeed.
