as i was cooking/preparing lunch for the family yesterday, i was suddenly reminded of the taste of the vongole's homemade broth i ate at pastamania for dinner with nadzirah; not that i was cooking something italian. the familiarity brought me all the way back to my Nutrition in Disease final practical exam - the broth i made for my group's ravioli. both gave out almost exact same taste; with that tinch of saltiness mainly from the scallop sauce.
